About the Artists:

Tokyo-based Ritsuko Ozeki is one of the most important young printmakers currenly working in Japan. Musashino Art College graduate, (1996 MA) she is included in the Portland Art Museum and Seattle Arts Commission collections. A master of intaglio processes, Ozeki's work is technically exquisite. With refined, spare imagery and potent content, Ozeki reveals deeply personal themes.
